I went out myself to this fabrics store I visited on the second day as I wanted to see if I wanted something else. I got off the bus at the wrong stop and I had to walk here, I managed to find it. I went around for around 30 minutes or more thinking what I should buy, I realized that I don't want more of this lilac fabric as I want to cut buying too much of same fabric. I wanted to get some olive linen but I already had similar one at home... I left without buying anything. I decided that I'll go out to the city. I went to nearby shopping mall to wait for a bus, one going to Depo Hostivar came really soon. I managed to get on metro train as it almost drove away before I got in, unfortunately I had to push myself through the doors. I didn't want to wait 10 minutes for another one.
I got out on Malostranska, then I got to a tram to the center. I wanted to go on Karluv Must during the day, it was pretty cool during the day and it wasn't that bad on here despite crowds of tourists. I went through the Old Town Square, I was headed toward Vaclavac. I explored some of side streets, I did went to a Sephora in one of them and I was surprised to find testers of Margiela's Replicas. I tried Under The Lemon Tree, From the Garden and Jazz Bar as these were scents I wanted to try. Jazz Bar was nice but honestly it's truly a male scent so if I had my resident male who I'd force to dress like I want him to dress... I'd love this scent on my perfect male. Under the Lemon Tree felt artificial but I liked it somewhat. From the Garden was just the smell of tomato plant and it was kinda weird as it overpowered everything else. Generally perfume selection at any Sephora was so bad. Then I went to this big Bata store as I meant to do it today. I didn't like anything here except one pair of boots I found at outlet floor. They had perfect shape but the color was bad... metallic gold-pink. Even worse was that ones in my size were damaged. I went around more stores and I ended up in Half Price. I hate outlets and I almost left, until I went to shoe floor and I found boots like I wanted to get for long time. There were few other ones I liked and were perfect, but they were size 38. I wear 39 boots, heels and other more open shoes... it's weird but usually I fit into 38.
I came back with my new shoes, I was hungry so I had to eat. I ate so much as I didn't eat much during the day, except that overpriced cake that is actually Slovak/Hungarian which I bought at the Old Town. I wanted to try it at least once. Anyway, the dinner was good, my aunt made my favorite cake and she also made langosz which was so good. I felt restless and I was wondering where to go next...
I decided to go to see the Hrad, mostly for the Golden Lane as it was free after 17:00. Got on Malostranska via metro and I took the same tram I took to the center... just in other direction. The bus stop was near the gate, at the part where Queen Anne's summer palace and garden is located, which also was first place I went to. It was really pleasant and quiet as there weren't that many people around, I wanted to go through it in entirety but it was too big and ended up going to the castle proper. I first ended up in one of courtyards, there were two czech girls with a viszla here... it was a really cute dog, a girl and had to tell them it's such a nice dog haha. I tried to find out where to go to get to the Golden Lane, I passed through the courtyard with St.Vitus Cathedral. It was truly magnificent in person, it overtook everythting. I saw some girls sitting in a corner at back of it playing cards, it felt kinda funny. Then I went down but I realized I took the wrong route and went back to actually get to the Golden Lane. It was disappointing and I wouldn't pay for it.
I got out via the stairs which were packed. I came back after this as I was too tired to go anywhere else.
