  6. Avoid social media completely, remove my few profiles I don't need anyway
  7. Spend less time on the internet, avoid browsing at work
  8. Stop going to IBs, there's nothing interesting here anymore
  9. Clear out bookmarks and files, stop hoarding so much files
  10. Write more in my paper journal
  11. Read more books
  12. Watch or listen news or weather forecast in TV/Radio instead checking it on the Internet
  13. Find knowledge in different sources than Internet, more instructional books or magazines, like cookbooks, etc.
  14. Write down more things on paper
  15. Don't argue with people on the internet
  16. Start put together a jigsaw puzzles to zone out without any screen
  17. Organize my cosmetics and makeup
  18. Take less photos
  19. See more places around, near me, see more of my country
  20. Talk to more people in real life
