Beetroot juice

ingridients: 7-9 tubular beetroots (5-6 if big, round variety), 2 medium carrots, 3 big apples, 2 medium oranges, 5-7 mandarin oranges

utensils and processors: decently slow juicer

  1. Wash all of fruit and vegetables. Peel. Cut apples and beetroot into smaller pieces to fit them in the juicer. Piece oranges and mandarin.
  2. Put all of ingridients in the juicer. Serve it fresh or cooled.
