HR bullshit is incredibly annoying to do and at this point I don't know what actually is a must in an employee file and what is not at this point. I had to change lot of outdated documents that were copied over and over since 1996 even... Lot of things to do at work which I need to get done before next Friday. I'll be finally able to rest after almost a month of being busy... didn't got to rest after season yet, as usual.
Orange manages to be as horrible as it's precedessor. It turns out business clients have to deal with everything via e-mails or helpline. It wasn't until today that broken landline at work was properly reported. The also made up some shit in meantime that wasn't set... as this line is here since 2007 and no one needed any codes or something.
*Being between sizes is extremely annoying. Due to being too occupied with work and walking a lot again I lost around 2kg in past few weeks and most likely I'll lose more during the trip as usual here, as food in Czech Republic is kinda sad and too processed... Since I don't want to sew much and then have to take things in, I'm severely lacking bottoms. I got some skirts but having one pair of jeans that fit me alright is not the most optimal situation.
I managed to sew myself a pair of pants, my favorite challenge is to squeeze this whole pattern on very small fabric pieces somehow, some of them with moth holes (unfortunately, people on Vinted/OLX never bother to properly check fabrics they sell). I went to Ms. B to get them hemmed as it's something I can't do myself and ask her if I need to alter the waistband, but she told me to not bother with it now... as unfortunately they aren't exactly right size, as I had to size up in hips (where I'm still 38) but my waist is falling on size 36. I'll just buy a belt now for now, but it's annoying how finding a narrow one in stores is hard. Of course I'm not satisfied with quality of finish inside, but it's better than before. Note to myself: cut knee lining in a different way.
*The trip is in 6 days. I need to get clothes washed... I washed half of my sweaters and I have to deal with a leather coat I got while ago; even if I wanted it I don't feel right in this cut or even color. Additionally I was scammed on Vinted recently, for first time in 1,5 year but this time seller was claiming she didn't scam me (she did) as the previous cases were resolved peacefully with sellers except one... To avoid having to deal with their horrid support and being called a scammed on all groups, I let it go. Really pissed off as it was a jacket I wanted in color I've been looking for a good while. I have it in a tan/camel color but I wanted it in black and I found well priced listing, listed as "very good" which in reality was just "fair".
