I cut up one bigger pumpkin today, as it was starting to rot. There is a big one and one medium still left, probably will end up with 5-6 sheet pans of it. One I did today resulted in 4, smaller ones gave 3. Baking it and then peeling, later blending results in nice base for soups, cakes or anything you want and even better if you can it, as you'll have it for whole year. Removing seeds is relaxing, the amount of them that was collected so far insane. Only today I got one full small bowl of them... The big one will have probably two times more.
