I finally can feel the changes caused by weight loss and change in my eating habits. I feel way lighter internally and I learned how to make right portion, I'm full after eating less than before. I cut my sugar consumption and during last week I had maybe one coffee. I don't need it anymore.

I'm reading way more than before. I still have 8 books on loan and probably will have to prolong few, but hopefully I'll read the most of them. After work I don't want to look at a screen anymore...
