I'm doing more, I'm aiming to complete more goals I set myself this year... Some are going great but some are stalled, but I want to change it.
*I reduced my sugar intake a lot in past three weeks - I crave less and even dark chocolate is very sweet for me. I'm on a way to quit coffee, as it was just additional calories and I didn't feel good after drinking that much. My mom bought really nice earl gray tea - it tasted really great. I brought pack of jasmine green tea (leaves) to work. I can drink one sometimes for pleasure, but not three big cups a day.
