I moved more today. I went for a hour walk - it didn't make me tired. I exercised later, now I feel like I recover way better and I have more energy. After that mattress will be moved from that room I'll be able to work out on a mat again - which I want to do twice a week for now until I'll get to my target weight. I don't think any strenght/shaping exercise is worth becoming the primary block of my training until I'll be less heavy. I want to lose most of fat with deficit rather turning it into muscle.
*I'll knit that swatch. Next month after payday I want to get yarn for 3-4 sweaters - for now cheap stuff (Drops). I enjoy working with Alpaca now - previously I hated this yarn because my swatches looked bad thanks to aggressive blocking. Flora is too thin but I like it too, can knit it dense. I need to find more affordable yarns of same weight. Tynn Peer Gynt from Sandens Garn is too thin for my taste, but I want to try their mohair yarn (with additional thin shawl weight stabilization thread) in the future.
