I've been away for over two weeks. I was busy with different things. For a while I cut my internet usage but recently I fall down into old habits again but I hope to curb them. Though some habits I wanted to keep up stayed, my bedroom is clean and I make less of mess in my sewing room. Although I have to still fold my laundry and put some magazines back, it's better than before. I hope to get back into correcting my bad habits. Now I drink one coffee a day which is down from previous 3, I can go on some days without it. I need to moderate my sugar intake again since I past week I ate too much of it.
Now I feel stupid since I got Clarifying Lotion 3 early this month and since I got a bad breakout (hormonal or it's leftover after deworming since I had demodex from cats, unfortunately - heard that you can get one after finishing treating it) I so avoided it and most of my skincare to wind it down. I hope by end of the year I'll have my face cleared out. Additionally I got lipgloss and I'll probably keep being lipgloss hater since I hate creamy ones and one I wanted to badly from Clinique, has annoying formula. I need to get used to it but cheaper one from Inglot which I got as top coat shimmer and I got color 54 which was the last one they had that day (unfortunately zoomers now want sparkly beige... weird to see it being popular but as lipgloss. But it works so good with their lipstick in color 169). I want to get 56 which is darker and more brown, I wish there was more brownish nude and beige shimmer lipstick around. I like the formula which is more oily than creamy/silicone, it also smells so nice... Did get blotting papers from Inglot too and I can't believe I could live without them before. They are so good and suck up so much of oil that I don't have to reapply powder that much which is great.
I generally don't want more new makeup as much I used to do, but if I had money to blow I'd like to have more Clinique eyeshadow, some discontinued Inglot eyeshadow colors and also their mattes (I'm mature enough for gray and pink color combination now, in matte)... maybe Lip Pefector from Clarins in some nice color. Lighter, more subtle blush too. But... maybe someday. I want them but burning desire to get more and more deflated, not only for makeup, but for almost everything. I still have urge to buy more but it's not like in a way I need to hurry up.
I'm planning to try sewing shirts this year and hopefully in spring I'll be able to sew a decent one. I want to try sewing jackets finally since I got enough metrage for them and I need to get to use it up. I managed to sew a top from some leftovers but I need to find thin enough separable zipper since it's really tight so I can't pass it through my hips or arms. I decided to copy every pattern I want to use from all of my Burdas starting with oldest one. I tried it before but I failed since I couldn't get myself to draw in seam allowance and cut them out and fold in foil envelopes and put them into a binder, until I used up some thin broken plexiglass piece to make myself seam allowance rulers. I have 3,5cm one with original smooth edge which I divided by 1cm. I made other one for hems which I divided by 0,5cm. It sped up entire process a lot and I'm now sure that I always will have even, exactly the same every time 1-2cm seam allowance.
