1. Three weeks passing on and I don't have much desire to journal anymore. I come back tired, there's nothing fun to write about or shit goes bad at home. I had some days off recently, I managed to sew 4 spring/summer tops as I decided to sew more summer things to have them already done by next spring/summer. I need to photograph them soon, including one more top and a skirt (that I wore today). I didn't turn on my computer since... last week? I didn't need to use it even. I stopped reading things that make me mad and even if I do... I just don't feel rage anymore. I don't want to take photos for now. But I want to come back to it hopefully soon.
2. I wrote some new makeup reviews. I got a new facial cleanser so I'll review it in a while. If it will be good, I'll try more skincare from Clarins. I wanted to go for Clinique 3 step but ladies at Douglas shilled me Clarins hard (because I got eyeshadow single from same brand) and they had -20% for skincare products and I was running off my cleanser (from Cetaphil, thanks to someone at my home who uses it as hand soap because of the bottle shape instead bar soap in this bathroom). At least it's in tube like for a cream so it won't confuse anyone for sure. It got off leftovers of my makeup well and it has this... warm cosmetic smell. Like something that makes me think of visits at beauty salon.
3. Today I went places and I looked good. I loved wearing my bright deep orange sweater, black and white prince of wales check skirt (with bias cut yoke), opaque black tights and black block heel pumps (and my usual bag). I love having great taste...
3.1 I mean in terms of cuts and clothing fit, because I never see y*k larpers or "classic dressing" red dry matte lipstick women pick good cuts of clothing, especially if "classic dressing" women want to larp as Carolyn Basette Kennedy (her style wasn't even that good for me imo, I don't get worship of her and her husband's style even...). The lack of education, the flavor of home ec we had is gone for years... People don't even know how to care for certain fabrics and wool sweaters anymore. Years of synthetic propaganda and fast fashion did their job well...
